We were again honoured to play a part in the RCN Wales Nurse of the Year Awards last week by contributing to the programme.
Weltch Media was again invited to write the nominee profiles for the prestigious event – a project which our Andy Weltch and Mark Hawkins completed with the RCN Wales communications team.
The awards “recognise innovation and excellence in practice, acknowledging the outstanding efforts, commitment, and achievements made by the whole of the nursing community across Wales”.
The previous awards in 2021 were held virtually, but last week (June 29) the ceremony returned as an in-person event at Cardiff’s City Hall, again hosted by TV’s Jason Mohammad.
“It’s always a great project to be involved with,” said Andy. “It’s really an honour to produce these profile articles to help make the programme such a top quality publication.”
