Our short film Annalium 8: Sssss has today (4 April) been confirmed as part of the official selection for Wild Indie Scifi & Fantasy Film Festival in London.
The official selection is about 15-20% of the entry and means we are now competing for an award. There’s also a chance the film will be screened at the festival in May. 
Meanwhile, we have also heard that the Short Cinema Festival in Leicester, where our film is due to be screened, has now been put back from April to June.
And we’ve gained a further accolade by being named a quarter finalist in the Short Filmz awards.
Annalium 8: Sssss from Weltch Media and Annalium Films was jointly produced by our own Andy Weltch and the scriptwriter Rob Lancey.
Directed by Andrew ‘Griff’ Griffin, it stars Francesca Louise White and Minaii Baelfire (in title picture). Francesca is an award-winning actress, who had the main role in our popular lockdown comedy promo video With a T, and Minaii holds the distinction of being the world’s first Black Young Elsa in a stage production of Frozen.
