Our sponsored player Kelsey Gentles says she is “nervous” but “excited” about this weekend’s Betfred Women’s Super League Grand Final.
Kelsey helped York City Knights to victory in the semi-final over Wigan Warriors and they now face 2019 champions Leeds Rhinos in the final at St Helens on Sunday (18 September).
Last month, York beat Leeds to finish top of the Super League and gain the League Leaders’ Shield, although Kelsey had to miss the game with tonsilitis.
“I’m nervous but so excited about the Grand Final,” Kelsey told us. “I think we could do this!”
The game is being shown live in the UK on Sky Sports Arena and free on Sky Sports Mix from 3pm (BST) on Sunday.
