We’re excited to confirm we will again be sponsoring Danni Wyatt at Torquay United Women FC for the 2021/22 season.
We first sponsored Danni in the 2017/18 campaign, when she helped Torquay to third place in the South West Women’s Premier League and to the final of the Devon Cup. She also won the goal of the season award.
More recently, she was among our friends who featured in last year’s popular comedy promo video With a T, and last weekend she scored Torquay’s goal in a 3-1 defeat to Welsh champions and UEFA Champions League qualifiers Swansea City.
“I’m over the moon to have signed again for Torquay United Women,” she said. “I remember first signing for them at the age of 18 and really falling in love with the game at that time. It’s great to be back and even better to be alongside the team Grant [Fisher] has now put together – we’re hungry and we are ready for the season ahead.
“Covid has been a tough time for many and now the FA allowing us to continue will make this season an even better one. Hope to see as many supporters as we can back with us and looking forward to getting those results.
