Our sponsored player Danni Wyatt scored four goals as Torquay United Women beat Plymouth Argyle under-23s 5-1 in their final pre-season game yesterday (Sunday 29 August).
Visitors Plymouth went ahead in the first 10 minutes, but Torquay equalised when Danni finished off a great cross from Beth Everson.
Danni completed her hat-trick with two more, and then got her fourth with a run into the box and calm finish past the keeper.
Ellie Bishop completed the scoring to make it 5-1.
Danni told us: “It was a great test and a great result to end pre-season on. Let’s get going!”
