Our sponsored player Danni Wyatt came back from injury to score the equaliser in Torquay United Women’s pre-season friendly match at Bridgwater United yesterday (August 8th).
Danni suffered a hip injury in last weekend’s 5-1 win at Liverton United and had been on crutches only days before the Bridgwater game.
She travelled with the team to join the warm-up and was fit enough to play the second half, when she scored the goal to make it 2-2.
It is a busy time for Danni, who starts her new job as showroom manager with Jewson in Exeter today!
